Diane is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. She is responsible for all aspects of the partnership operations including accounting, financial reporting, investor services and communication, audit support and coordination, tax reporting, and cash and risk management. She joined the Company in 2021 after a 33-year career at BlackRock/Merril Lynch where she held several senior alternative asset management roles including Managing Director and Department Head within the Global Fund & Accounting Services (“GFAS”) Alternative Investments Group, and the Diversified Private Equity Partners (“DivPep”) business. Ms. Herte received a Bachelor’s, magna cum laude, in Accounting from Adelphi University.
