Cato is a founding partner and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is responsible for overall strategy and vision of the Company, origination and execution of investment opportunities and investor relations. Before founding the Company, Mr. Felán co-founded and served as co-CEO of La Hoja Advisory, the predecessor firm of La Hoja Capital Management. From 1998 to 2018, Mr Felán served as head of the Offshore Latin America divisions of the largest global asset managers including Dimensional Fund Advisors, BlackRock/iShares, Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investments. Mr. Felán received a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
