This Fund Fellows works closely with the COO at La Hoja Capital Management to assist in day-to-day executive operations. The most important qualification for this role is the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Day-to-day exposure and activities include:

• Work directly with firm departments: Investment Management & Research, Back Office & Finance, Investor Relations & Business Development, Technology and Data Innovation, Marketing and PR
• Assess needs and friction points of each team and implement solutions; support Management teams in task and workflow management
• Assist the Chief Operations Officer in creating replicable systems that allow all teams to function efficiently and effectively
• Work with Tech and Data Management team in creating technology and data solutions for company systems
